Owning more than one account — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is a breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any existing balances without compensation.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for keeping their account information current and accurate. You are prohibited from using the platform for any unlawful activity, including fraud, money laundering, or any activity that causes harm to others. 801 reserves the right to restrict accounts without prior notice if suspicious activity is detected.
Account Closure and Suspension

3Payments, Transactions & Currency

Users are responsible for ensuring that all funds used for deposits belong to them. Using another person's credit card or bank account without authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action.
Deposit & Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method and are subject to change from time to time.
- Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account registered in the same user's name.
- 801 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
- Any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled.
